The bed was comfortable. Some members of staff were quite kind.
Uneven service. Poor planning. If you know the West Coast Conference of Pentecostals come every year why not: add additional staff to the coffee shop? Why not monitor the noise levels when so many people are congregating and talking loudly after midnight? Why not prepare for the slammed kitchen at the restaurant so people are not waiting 45 minutes for food? I do not recommend this hotel for a business traveler based on these issues. It is a poor value for the money. When you spend almost $270 for a room, you should be able to get a decent night of sleep and to eat a reasonable meal (esp. Given that there are not many dining options nearby!)
Surroundings are beau and quite!
A bit pricey!

Convenience in Fresno
Loved the hotel. It was a HotelTonight experience for us as we left Kings Canyon and decided to stay in Fresno instead of making the trip home to San Francisco given we needed to charge our car and have dinner. The place has a great Tesla Wall Charger which means we woke up to a full charge. Dinner was great and the restaurant had a nice wine list. Food came out fast and was delicious. The pool was great for the kids and me as we had been hot from hiking all day. They had noodles for the kids and overall it was just a fun night cap. Highly recommend this hotel if you are Fresno.
The Atrium type setup can make it a little louder than most hotels
The hotel was nice and the room was very clean, had a good working air conditioner, and it was quiet in the halls. I heard no noise from the other guests despite there being a convention nearby, no opening/closing of doors, or other random hotel noises. The staff was very friendly.
I did not enjoy the pillows on the bed. They were way too mushy and offered no real support or comfort. The location wasn't the nicest and I found it's downtown location to be rather depressing and grungy. While the noise from inside the hotel was nonexistent, it should be noted that there are trains that run close by and their blaring horns were heard throughout early morning hours. If rest is what you want or are sensitive to sounds, this may not be the best location.
