Perfect localization. Great view for the mountains form terrace. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Because of Guesthouses like this one I love Austria that much.

Is very bad idea to take room with sharing bathroom, if someone who is sharing it with you don't care about clean. It was for me the last time with this idea ;) Of course it was cheaper option than the standard room. We booked room with balcony and view on mountain, but we got room without balcony and view on mountain.

I realise it said in the description that there was a shared bathroom. My expectation was there would be more than just ONE shared bathroom for the entire floor - ca. 8-10 rooms. I have no issue with a shared bathroom, but ONE for ca. 20 people is a little extreme.

In all fairness, the location is okay and the place is well kept and the staff is friendly when you are there, and the breakfast has a lot of options. During my stay only problem I found that the sauna was closed on Saturday. Otherwise during my stay price value ratio is good.

The worst part of me going there was the email exchange with whoever handles the establishment. As I don't speak German they treated me quite rudely and while stating that their English instructions did not make sense and explaining my situation to them I got a reply as follows: Yes, there are certainly some built-in things in the travel confirmation, they are in German and we can't change them every time. But you also book in Austria and there the national language is German. If you travel to another country, that's the way it is. There are enough translation programs on the Internet that work very well. I am not sure whether I get everything presented in English when I book in Estonia. You do not book in an international 3 or 4 star hotel, but you have chosen a small private pension. We do not apply in Estonia or in an English-speaking market, but only in the German-speaking market. But regardless of the language, I think you can understand the date and price even without being able to speak German and apart from that, you will find exactly the same information on your confirmation in your native language. Normally it is not necessary to send you an additional confirmation. Best regards, Dirk Bruhn I find this to be really rude as a service establishment. The self-importance and assumptions are quite rude. For a fact basically, all Estonian accommodation establishments could serve their clients in English or another language as well. This was not the only email that I point out that was rude. Felt really unwelcome to come there as I was not German-speaking and would take that into consideration when going there if you do not speak German. For the accommodation please reconsider or educate the person who replies to your emails. And reiterating that the bad rating is only because of the really rude email conversation, otherwise, the establishment was pleasing and would rate it with 7.0. But wanting to bring attention to the instance.

Good breakfast, good location near the center of Fugen, where are shops, restaurants, and bars.

Staff on reception does not speak English, wi-fi was nonfunctional during our stay, room does not have a toilet and shower (they mention that on hotel description, but a lot of people read only reviews, so just FYI), room was really small and on ground floor with window to the street so without privacy, spa is closed on Saturday and even they open it on Sunday it was so small and unsightly, so try spa in Hotel Kohlerhof for 15EUR fee is good option. Checkout time is on 9:00 (again, they mention that on a description but it's quite unusual in Zillertal). No hairdryer in the room/bathroom/spa so brings yours if you need one. Even it was relatively cheap, not a good value/money ratio.
