The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests highlighting outstanding service at reception and throughout the hotel. The rooftop pool and terrace were popular features, offering a relaxing atmosphere and great views. While breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it varied and others wishing for more options, the overall experience was positive.
