The entrance hallway is beautifully appointed.
missed towelling gowns in room. Should have a courtesy tray with tea/coffee sachets for a welcome drink.Missed my glass of Madeira wine on arrival, as happens in other Pestana resorts. Prefer a shower cubicle to a shower over the bath. Do not like plastic chairs on the balcony without cushions.Breakfast was not up to the standard of the Grand.

Lots to offer. Helpful staff. Clean , would be nice if they had there own transport.
Massage to expensive. Poor extractors in toilets. Food for breakfast could be alot hotter. Used internet cost 5 euros!! For 30Mins!! Then not able print my flight information had to go into town 1.50 euros for 60Mins plus staff not passing on INFO.etc
