Bathroom could use a deep clean and scrub with the shower being discolored, but the rest of the hotel was perfectly clean. Staff was very friendly, and the ac worked well and was quiet!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and other destinations. Many reviewers also highlighted the friendly and accommodating staff, with several mentioning smooth check-in experiences and helpful service. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness, including issues with room condition, stained carpets, and pests. Several guests also felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing overcharging and price discrepancies. Overall, while the location and service were strong points, cleanliness and value for money were notable drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The French toast and waffles were delicious
Cons (-) The view from our room looked out at a wall 3 feet away. When I tried to make coffee the coffee maker smelled like it had been cleaned with nail polish remover. When I opened a box of their soap and there was a pubic hair on the bar. This was obviously a used bar of soap.
