Cons (-) The front desk women will not help you with reserving a specific room or area regardless of how early you contact them. If you are lucky enough to get any man working in the office, you will get better service and they will make an effort to work with you. I stay here at least twice a year for a week at a time so I know what to expect. Service staff is great.
