Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, with some mentioning issues like bed bugs and misleading photos. However, several reviewers appreciated the hotel's convenient location for Newcastle and nearby amenities, as well as the overall value for money. Some guests found the beds comfortable and the staff helpful, though service experiences varied. While a few praised the price and found the hotel suitable for short stays, persistent cleanliness and maintenance concerns were a major drawback.AI-generated from customer reviews
