Pros: The staff was excellent, very chic.
Cons: The menu in the bar was very limited. It was a open plan (the bathroom is basically in your bedroom. Most importantly you are one block away from a "sex district" so there were prostitutes all over the place if you take a wrong turn at night.

Pros: Location is great. Although a bit distant from the center of town and at the end of the lakefront, it is still a convenient walk and close to many international offices. Great breakfast. We loved Fiona and the reception on Sunday morning was excellent.
Cons: During our first stay the AC system was pretty weak. Paking is a bit difficult.

Cons: No iron and iron board in the room which is awkward. The iron room had the iron board mounted against the wall so very difficult to iron a shirt which did not work well.

Pros: We knew from the moment we entered the hotel, that we were going to enjoy our stay at Hotel N'vy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process as simple as possible. I loved the modern features of the room, from the lighting to the bathroom. We had a very well stocked mini bar full of good quality spirits, wine and soft drinks - as well as snacks. My sister and I both really enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. I personally found the hotel to be great value for money for Geneva and is deserving of 5 stars. The overall ambiance of the hotel was lovely and I would definitely like to return.

Pros: Modern, artsy hip hotel in a great location in geneva. Everything is new, great breakfast, nice bar, comfortable room and excellent large bathroom especially for geneva hotels. Great price compared to other hotels in the area. Very close to tram to get around to meetings and downtown. Two blocks from lake and walking to city center. Definitely my new place to stay while in geneva.

Pros: The Windsor Hotel is located within walking distance of Cornavin (train station) , the bus station and easy walking distance to the lake. The hotel, having a modern minimalist, design was clean and comfortable. While the room was small it was adequate for our visit. Breakfast was fine with fresh fruit, cheeses, meat, hard boiled eggs and a variety of breads. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions of activities in the off season, when tours are not operating. The exercise room was large and well equipped for a hotel of its size.
Cons: This hotel is one the edge of the Red Light District, however we were not bothered by people on the streets.If one is strictly English speaking, there were no English TV stations subscribed such as BBC news. The in room amenities were scarce, while we had a coffee machine, there were no cups, nor coffee. Our room had no desk or table.

Cons: They didn't give me my booked room and relocated me to another hotel instead. They offered to cover the cost of the night due to this unfortunate event and afterwards they stood down their original offer and refused to refund the money I paid for the room in advance.

Pros: I really liked that the lockers were outside the room, so I wouldn't disturb my roommates & vice versa. it was also cool that a locker was coded for your keycard. very safe neighborhood, close to transit. breakfast cafeteria style was great.

Pros: The hotel was well located, walking distance to the main train station, and close to lots of walking and tourist areas. They give you a free transit pass for all buses and trams, and the hotel steps from a tram station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and organized rooms.
Cons: Location is also close to a local red light district, so some of the surrounding areas are a bit seedy, but seedy Geneva is a clean neighborhood in most other cities. Room climate control was not adjustable and room was just too hot in the winter.
