This place has so much potential being located at such a perfect location. However, despite being relatively new, it is already showing signs of aging badly and lack of care in maintenance. carpet are dirty even in room and many things not working properly. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel.. Staff requires so much training and nothing I requested during booking were acknowledged or executed.

Pros (+) Very accommodating front desk. Quick and efficient check in. Quiet rooms and brightly lit corridors. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Being a city hotel, rooms might be a bit on the small side. Great location with malls and small eateries around.
