Pros (+) The protocols in place for safety - virus. Beautiful hotel.
Cons (-) All was good.
Pros (+) The bed was super comfortable, the shower was amazing
Cons (-) We couldn't figure out the ac but we didn't ask either. It wasn't overly hot so we didn't worry about it
Cons (-) The bathroom under the vanity and by the bathtub were a bit dingy. The coffee mugs were smeared with something. Other than that, the room (suite) was very spacious and beautiful.
Pros (+) Breakfast options, center courtyard was very comfortable, walk out deck in room, fast elevators, valet service, staff very nice, clean.
Cons (-) I wish I would have planned better and used the spa. Location is right there with many option. Next time ;)
