This is a no-nonsense travellers' hotel next to the main station, providing excellent basic facilities for people who won't be staying too long. The breakfast is generous and good; rooms are large, comfortable and well furnished. Staffing is minimal (there's no access without a key after 10 p.m.) but adequate and friendly. Car parking is limited but the large public car park immediately outside is free overnight and on Sundays.
A good place to stay if you want to be on your own, but not a hive of activity or a place to meet people; very much a place to travel through. A great base for exploring Goes and the neighbourhood, however.
