7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast very good. Location perfect as my business at airport.
Cons: No safe deposit box in room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast , security , room very big
Cons: Limited food for the breakfast
6.3 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable. The place was clean.
Cons: The hotel charged me a $150 pet fee. The issue I have is, this fee isn’t clearly stated on the website. I picked this hotel because they said it was pet friendly - when I checked in I was told I will be charged $150. At that point one is stuck paying, because I was already there with my dog. If you say you’re pet friendly, there shouldn’t be additional fees sprung on you at check-in. And if there are any additional fees it should be clearly stated on the website. When I was checking in the employee didn’t initially charge me the fee, not until another employee at the desk spoke up and said I have to pay the fee. Additional issues: The automated drapes opened and closed repeatedly (on their own) during the middle of the night. Which was very annoying and startled me multiple times when it happened while I was sleeping. The air conditioning did not work properly. The thermostat would reset the desired temperature setting and turn off - resulting in the room getting warm. Also the A/C would switch to fan only (on its own). All in all, not what I would expect for a place I ended up paying $600 for one night (which also was a lot more than I thought I would have to pay to begin with). I would have picked a number of other higher end hotels which were pet friendly, if I was quoted $600 per night online. I won’t stay there again.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room with modern kitchen and exceptional bathroom. Great for families. Super friendly staff.
Cons: Sound of air conditioner a bit loud
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great stay
7.0 Good
Pros: breakfast was good! The pool and outdoor area was really nice!
Cons: value for the price, one of the coaches was torn and sofa bed wasn't very comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing was perfect.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing noteworthy.
Cons: Booked for 3, room was nor set up for 3. Had to make own bed. Awful breakfast. No meal service, none, not even a sandwich. Expensive for the services it provides and the quality. Room was not very clean, there was an old napkin under the sofa bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Standard breakfast foods provided all were good eggs not overcooked ++
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! We enjoyed all the outdoor activities (putting green, corn hole, large chess board and ping pong)! The fire pits outside were fabulous. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool/spa, but maybe next time. The front desk recommended a great place to eat on the beach. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The property is close (5 min. drive) to UC Santa Barbara, which is the reason for our visit. We will definitely be back to stay!
Cons: No “social hour” on the property.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are nice
Cons: No breakfast
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Big room, big bathroom, clean carpet, just feel good level of this hotel;
Cons: Not sure yet; you can add better lobby and front to make it higher level as there is no 5 star nearby anyway; this will make it more wanted;
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location Also clearly ran as one of the best in the chain nationwide Can't wait to return
Cons: Bar closed too early
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfortable. I love there are USB plugs and regular electrical plugs everywhere and assessable. The facility is new and well kept.
Cons: I was surprised that breakfast was not included.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Snack bar was useful and cookies on arrival were appreciated
Cons: Location was a little outside where we initially wanted to stay
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The roof top bar is limited in their alcohol selections & the drinks could be better. This was our second attempt as the first time (about 6 months ago) we thought might just be a fluke but it was the same this time around. Hotel is great, friendly staff, comfy quarters, super location just disappointed in the bar.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was reasonable for our needs
Cons: Rooms smelled. Noise from floor above A/c difficult to operate Way overpriced
7.0 Good
Pros: Very clean and well maintained property/ The rooftop bar/bistro was a very nice touch and had a nice view to UCSB.
Cons: The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. When you lay your head on them, your head sinks to the bed. The in room air conditioning was very loud and made it difficult fro me to stay asleep.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Its a Hilton
Cons: Breakfast was difficult. Most Hilton properties offer the buffet and made to order eggs that guests can just order. At this location we are supposed to get our 'other breakfast items' (e.g. bacon, potatoes, sausage, etc.) and then let the table server order the omlette/eggs. This results in either the other items being cold by the time the order arrives, or having to eat the other things while waiting for the entree instead of being able to eat everything together. I'm sure it's offered as a 'service' for people not to have to order their items but sometimes, and I think this is one of those times, less is more. Keep it simple, keep it consistent with other Hilton properties and let guest enjoy the comfort of knowing what to expect no matter what hotel they choose to stay at.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was very good. The surrounding area is nice, with good restaurants and shops.
Cons: I think this hotel is overpriced for being in Goleta. Breakfast was not included, and it cost $17 per person, a total rip off. Not the hotel fault, but we had noisy neighbours on the room right above us, and they were running all night long. Mainly because of that, we checked out a night earlier.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I was on the third floor below the rooftop bar and could hear footsteps, chairs scraping against the ground, and general commotion for most of the evening. With such a new facility, I would expect better sound proofing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property was in general very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the facilities were great! The room was also very comfortable!
Cons: Sometimes you can hear the planes flying since it’s close to the airport.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
6.8 Good
Pros: The distance to the zoo and beach.
Cons: The pillows. I think there should be a variety of levels on firm or soft pillows. They were too soft for my liking and it was hard to have a good sleep. Also the breakfast options. Don't get me wrong we enjoyed the breakfast, however, we have stayed at other hotels that offer breakfast and there are plenty of options to choose from.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is better than most Best Westerns, and for its rating and price it is good. There is free breakfast in the morning; the food is not great but at least they have cereal. The grove of trees is also aesthetic.
Cons: The room is small and the harsh lights behind the faucet are very unflattering when I look into the mirror.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location for us. Near UCSB. Pleasant place.
Cons: Breakfast marginal
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pillows to hard.
Cons: Breakfast had a good variety.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast selection huge. Grounds and pool area gorgeous. Rooms clean and good size and updated Great location
Cons: A little pricey
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, the Pool, nice Rooms
Cons: Busy Breakfast , a little bit more choice would be great
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly, location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants, stores etc. The pool area was very nice. Loved the barn door shower door.
Cons: The rooms are very dark even with all the lights on. The breakfast was very disappointing. The muffins and the scones all tasted the same no matter what one you had, dry and bland. The only good part of the breakfast was the egg and sausage, but after 3 days of it we were done. The coffee was watered down. Usually Best Western's have great breakfast ( one of the reasons why we chose the hotel), so we were very disappointed.
7.5 Good
Pros: I like your hotel, the landscape is awesome !
Cons: My room faced the parking lot, not acceptable for me, I didn't even know there were rooms over there.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Was run down. Breakfast till 9:30 is ok but way over crowded. Then not enough staff to clean tables to make room for more seating. Only ate one day out of the 3. Was not worth the hassle to eat bland food. Parking is tight and room is runn down.
Cons: Parking, breakfast
4.3 Okay
Pros: Flea I the room, too small, shampoo bottles were tiny for a room of 4. Cheap air system. Small bathroom. Not bad for $150 room but we paid $300!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room
Cons: Second floor, no elevator.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location. Pretty clean.
Cons: 10 dollar a day parking charge. Bar in lobby is a little underwhelming.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, nice outdoor area. We enjoyed the whirlpool and the fire pit. The front desk person added complimentary breakfasts for our toddlers.
Cons: 20 minutes away from Santa Barbara’s wharf and attractions.
5.5 Okay
Cons: We booked the room over a month before our arrivrl . We arrived to the hotel and they told us they over booked and insisted to send us to a cheap road motel instead. Only after we refused over and over and only after an hour they agreed to give us a room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: pool and courtyard area were a nice treat; lobby and facility as a whole was in very good condition and clean; rooms were clean and very comfortable; location was perfect for our needs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Simply BEAUTIFUL! Relaxing, great hotel and staff
Cons: NOTHING
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast was delicious.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed the service and the friendly staff.
Cons: The beds were too soft. Is there a way to request a firmer bed?
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Location, clean, workout room, staff very helpful
Cons: The only thing I’d suggest is breakfast included.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The Marriott redeemed themselves the next day with the gracious help of Reggie and Rachel. They were respectful and courteous and helped us all move past the first night's episode.
Cons: Booked 8 nights for two out of town travelers. The first night was almost a deal breaker when my tired travelers were sent to another hotel with a room comp'd by Marriott. Turns out that the Marriott had overbooked and the late check in left my travelers having to find the other hotel late at night in an exhausted condition. The partner hotel had no idea about this "agreement" with Marriott and I spent 30 minutes explaining basic business practices to the partner hotel. The partner hotel was a run down tweaker palace with loud partying all night. My family members would have been safer sleeping in their car on a freeway offramp.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Water came through bathroom ceiling light. I called at 9:30 pm. They came unscrewed it and left a ladder. They left me in room. Then at midnight called and woke me and said I had to move to another room. Guy at desk didn’t apologize next day and no manager. I left message for manager 2 days with no reply. After I did survey I got a short not very apologetic email. No voucher or discount.
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: Free breakfast wasn’t free, and it was late, warm at best, and tasted awful. Surprise charge of $10 to park overnight in an empty lot.
5.8 Okay
Cons: continental breakfast is terrible.

Cons: The beds were kinda uncomfortable. I can feel the spring in them.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious, clean and nice
Cons: Refrigerator full of bad odor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location, layout, the beds and furniture
Cons: The bathroom didn't seem as clean as it should be, looks like they did a quick job cleaning, the counters still looked dirty. The breakfast was okay but it could have been better. There should be more food and more options. I've been to better.
7.0 Good
Cons: towels were worn out and looked dirty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean & comfortable. We stayed here for my son's orientation at nearby UCSB, and it was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when I visit. The room was organized so well and had everything we needed. Friendly staff also.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I like the breakfast quiet place .
Cons: We stay in the second floor and people on the third floor we’re making a lot of noise and we did sleep well.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was roomy, the staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and free-bounus!! Add some bacon and potatoes and it will be excellent.
Cons: The comforter was stained, but staff was quick to clean it. The barn door was loud and hit the wall as it slid open (no matter how much we tried to open/close carefully) and a gap was visible. Though nice looking we would have preferred a regular door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There weren't tons of maids all over the place, They really kept housekeeping very subdued. Lots of privacy. Beautiful suites!
Cons: No
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything is new and modern, very clean. Pool area is also pretty good. Hotel near to Santa Barbara so its really good value for money.
Cons: Too much people during the breakfast. It was even hard to find where we can sit.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: No
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The beds were extremely comfy and I love that there were rooms with two queen beds! Perfect for our little family trip. The hotel was incredibly clean, had cute motivational messages around as their nice theme, and was well maintained with an amazing breakfast! They even had fresh squeezed juice!
Cons: The location could have been a little better, but it wasn't bad! We had very authentic mexican food nearby that was out of this world.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very modern and clean. The free breakfast was really good and we all enjoyed. The swimming pool was fun.

5.5 Okay
Pros: The vibe of the place was really nice. Not you typical hotel.
Cons: The air conditioning in the room. I couldn’t adjust the temperature it’s either too cold or it’s off.
6.8 Good
Pros: The bed was not comfortable at all. When we checked in they asked if we could give up our room with 2 doubles for a king room with a patio. It faced the pool but there were parties until 2 am.
Cons: We would have thought that there would have been a time where management would have shut the party down.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We loved the location of the hotel. The pool looked fun but it was so crowded we were never able to enjoy it. We enjoyed some drinks at the bar which were really good but had to sit outside the pool area to have them.
Cons: Where do I even begin! We were extremely disappointed in this hotel. For having the Kimpton name, it did not live up to the hype. It's so pricey and the rooms are small, not well kept, and the bathrooms need updating. They almost seem dirty but it's just that they are really run down. Paint was missing on the walls, the handles to the sink were moldy and falling off, the shower leaked. It was pretty uncomfortable stay as well as the beds are not plush like they are in most Kimpton hotels. A lot of the rooms face out to the parking lot (our was) so we always were hearing cars, car doors, and seeing car lights. Not nice at all!
6.0 Good
Pros: It's funky 50's styling
Cons: Lamp switch was broken Door latch was barely operable and needed replacing Room amenities were generally tired and old.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and they pool was nice.
Cons: The front desk staff was not very accommodating. But they did give me a key card when I locked myself out. Was supposed to get a dog bed n bowls with room and they never showed.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Front desk was very accommodating and friendly at check-in.
Cons: The bathroom, room, and general restaurant areas are not clean.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The vibe is fun
Cons: No room service but it was fine! Just ordered food and took it back to the room.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: No table in the room which was needed for work. Refrigerator not plugged in Was given a handicap room and not told. Ridiculous resort fee which was not used in the short time that I was there. No coffee maker Was clean but not worth the money.
4.5 Okay
Cons: The rate charged by the hotel was not what was promised when I booked using your website.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was great! Super cute retro style. It was very clean. The a/c blew very cold. And everyone we encountered was super nice. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Nothing
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The $28.00 resort fee was ridiculous. We were told it was for the pool (would assume the cost of the room would cover that), the parking and a welcome hour (which they did not tell us about). The rooms are very dated with the door to the outside.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I didnt like the staff lost my corporate authorization for my stay and charged my personal card. The front desk had no clue and was unable to find any documentation. I also booked a room over the courtyard and placed in a room with NO view and looked out on to a concrete hallway next to the ice machine. Extra roll away beds were stored in front of my door.

6.8 Good
Pros: The bed was softer than expected. The breakfast was okay. The pool was heated, though we didn't get a chance to use it.
Cons: The bed's springs were a bit worn, so it was somewhat noisy and squished when you sat down.
7.5 Good
Pros: The pool was refreshing. The staff at the front desk were very nice
Cons: The bed was too small we were supposed to get a king and it Was a twin. The shower didn’t have a bathtub with it so that was a bummer for my wife
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast included
Cons: Shower temperature unreliable. Would go from normal to freezing cold to scalding hot every few minutes and the water pressure was nonexistent. It took forever to get shampoo out of my hair and I had to keep jumping in and out due to the wild temperatures.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It's very nice hotel with reasonable price given that the area is very expensive. The staff was super nice and it was very close to a nice beach with less people around.
Cons: N/A
