Pros: Lobby very nice. . Obviously Location is great.
Cons: Room was tiny (standard queen room). Barely enough room for luggage. Bathroom redone and nice but no shelf or anywhere for toiletries. Internet was so very slow could barely open a website on browser. Restaurant Is so overpriced for what one gets. My porkshops were $25 and were so dry and over cooked I could not eat them. I understand supply and demand.. but for $263 dollars a night they could have provided a much better stay.occupancy must be close to 100% year round so they should be flush with cash. I would not stay there again.

Pros: location, cleanness, cute style.
Cons: no tv, no wi-fi.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great. And the staff was very kind and helpful to make the most of my short stay there.
Cons: There was no fitted bed sheet which was a little off putting. Also the doors weren't sound proof so was quite loud being next to an exterior door hearing people pass in and out.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to the rim, with some cabins right on the rim. Great price for location.
Cons: Cabin furnishings and bedding are pretty dated - but seemed clean enough. The location is what makes this place.

Pros: Separate bathroom from makeup mirror. There was a sink in the bathroom as well
Cons: Room does not let you take air-conditioning down below 70. Asked front desk for a fan and they did manage to find one. No free continental breakfast like the other BW locations we stayed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to Grand Canyon, spacious rooms, cleanliness
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything was good from the room to the food.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like that I booked that specific hotel because it had a bowling and arcades.. But it was closer off

Excellent 8.0
Pros: 24 Hr hot tea/coffee was good. The decor of the hotel was nice as well. Room amenities was great.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Front desk staff excellent . Fitness room excellent.
Cons: WiFi did not work in our rm. We (not staff) had to escalate 2 levels of IT support to find out it was the router in room. Bath tub dirty and dining overpriced.Parking not assigned and had to frequently walk in cold to car. This hotel should be 65-80 top
Excellent 8.0
Pros: very comfortable hotel. the gym, pool, bar, gift shop and room were all very good.
Cons: it was xmas, and the bar understaffed, which made the food delivery very slow.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean. Good staff. Well taken care of facility!
Cons: No problems.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Very nice property but due to Covid the Grand Canyon was closed.
Cons: I asked for a refund and was refused by the property stating I should have known and could have cancelled in time. I shared the website was stating open but still no refund

Good 6.5
Cons: Wifi in the room. While we travel for leisure we sometimes bring work laptops with us and from time to time check if anything urgent at work pops up.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Pizza / Pub and breakfast facilities nearby were an added bonus, and prices were reasonable. The 'North' units had good heating and ventilation and decent WiFi for one device at a time. Room was a little dark and dated, but beds were comfortable. Helpful staff, who relocated us due to noisy neighbours. Why pay more elsewhere for a canyon view when you'll commute between the various overlooks inside the park anyway.
Cons: Wasn't overlooking the rim like so other places, but easy walk, and avoided having hundreds of other tourists blocking parking and walking around the site.
Good 6.8
Pros: Great location.
Cons: No wifi, poor facilities and restaurant understaffed.
Good 7.7
Pros: Location - real close to the south rim. Offerings - Close to the cafeteria which serves a variety of food which keeps you from having to leave the park area. Informational - Close to local information and insight from park employees. Gift Shop - the gift shop is full of offerings at a reasonable price.
Cons: Room - the room was really dated and no visible sign of AC and no visible sign of heat controls. Comfort - the mattress was hard, has not been updated in a while.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Closeness to the Grand Canyon
Cons: Hard to find in park as they were redoing a lot of the roads. Needed more signs.
Good 7.4
Pros: It's hard to beat the location as it is super close to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. There are also a lot of food options at the lodge but it is all basic and nothing fancy.
Cons: The beds are not comfortable at all and the rooms are very small. It is a little over priced for what you get but you are mainly paying for location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love how they were so clean and eco friendly.breathtaking view and lots of animal life too. Everyone takes very good care of this great park
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Proximity to the south rim
Good 6.8
Pros: We loved the proximity of the lodge to the Grand Canyon. It was a very quick walk to and from as well as a beautiful one at night. The staff was also very kind and helpful.
Cons: The actual comfort of the beds was poor. They’re older, very firm, and the pillows were difficult to sleep comfortably on as well. Not a great nights sleep but it was only for one night. More than one night sleeping there would be tough for me personally.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Close to Grand Canyon
Cons: Outdated everything! For the price it was a very poor room. Carpet was dirty and worn. Room needed a total makeover. None of the above descriptors fit this room. I picked family as it would be the best fit.
Good 7.7
Pros: It's a bit dated and plain but given its location and purpose it's a great value. The Grand Canyon is within walking distance in the food court was excellent. It was quiet and comfortable.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: 20/10, great service
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Perfect place to stay if visiting the Grand Canyon. Remortgage your house if visiting Mc Donald's over the road.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was great! Omelettes, muffins, sausage, bacon, eggs, pancakes, cereal, cinnamon buns, juices, coffee, etc. We got there about 15 minutes before breakfast ended and there was still a ton of food.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We liked the location.
Cons: I did not like the location of the ice machine.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Close to Grand Canyon and reasonable proce
Cons: Hotel stated there was an indoor pool but it was closed when we arrived. It did not state that on main ad- we probably would’ve booked elsewhere. The ad was misleading. Also- tub did not drain. We were unable to shower our 2nd day cause of standin

Cons: No,everything was perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, great location!
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was a suite. Had forgotten that of the 18 nights I'd ordered a suite for this one! Room was in a separate block from the main Hotel, and was next to the block's spa. Didn't get any impact from this. The block also had it own breakfast facilities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Helpful staff. Attention to safety of guests.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very close to the Grand Canyon south enterance.
Cons: The room was very small. As was the bathroom. Was really disappointed with the size of the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Such great staff, especially the breakfast staff! Clean, friendly, everything in order.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice. Staff.helpfull
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.1
Pros: Location
Cons: Wifi speed was awful They can add microwave Cleaning could be better
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is immaculately clean. The rooms have the little touches that matter, Eg. Magnifying mirror for shaving/make up/contact lens application, etc., and hooks etc in bathroom, I.e. places to put things. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Hotel is marvellous. Wish it had a restaurant The nearby Mexican restaurant was recommended and we ate there first night. Food oK then one of us found a black coarse hair in his food. He is bald and the rest of us are white-haired. He wasn’t charged. I stopped at the restaurant washroom (ladies) on the way out and it was a disgrace. Paper all over the floor etc. Next night we ate at the Saloon in town. Very good! Clean washrooms too.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms. Parking gets a little crowded, and dragging our luggage up and down the building till you find your room was an adventure. Very central to restaurants and park!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location - proximity to the grand canyon Free wifi Parking Friendly staff
Cons: No breakfast Price
Excellent 9.4
Pros: No surprises. Clean, comfortable room, convenient to.Grand Canyon National Park and walking distance to restaurants. We stayed in the main building in a deluxe double queen room in the section that does not allow pets (they have a.separate area with pet friendly rooms). Perfect for our needs. Would stay again.
Good 7.4
Pros: The rooms were clean and the pool was refreshing!
Cons: Rooms were small and overpriced.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, comfortable bed
Cons: Not enough parking. Toilet didn’t flush all the time.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Surrounded with good restaurants and stores
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Newly renovated but one of the mattresses was clearly much older and not supportive anymore.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: N/A
Cons: It was an excellent hotel. Nothing could have been better.
Good 6.6
Pros: It was convenient to the Grand Canyon National Park. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: Air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked for information they talked to me like I was nuisance and gave me the bare minimum information. Overall, although the hotel itself was comfortable and clean the staff were below average and didn't seem to know much about the National Park.

Okay 5.7
Pros: Inside the park.
Cons: other people entered our room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. This was quite disconcerting and unacceptable. Apparently DNC had double booked the room. They have tried to make up for it, but it should have never happened.
Good 7.4
Pros: The stairs were covered with snow very hard to maneuvers. The coffee pot was broken
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location was great. Good proximity to the visitor center and the the south rim drive.
Cons: The rooms have aesthetically been updated, but corners were cut. Poor taping job. Missed paint in our room after a towel bar was moved to a new location
Okay 4.8
Pros: Proximity
Cons: Poor value. Basic rooms, no internet, limited to no cell service. If had known would not have booked. Stay in Tusayn for better value and amenities.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: From check in to dinner and drinks, the staff was personable, friendly and engaging. Prime location!
Cons: Don't expect hot food in the cafe ten minutes before closing... Our fault completely, and the cauliflower was delicious.
Good 7.7
Pros: Location was excellent. Was great to be right in the national park.
Cons: Beds were not very comfortable. We were in the rooms that had not yet been renovated.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great Nature. Great Park. Excellent hikes. Scenic views. Cozy rooms. Wonderful place to spend a weekend getaway from the city and office to natural wonders of the World.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful room. Great location. Clean.
Cons: No wifi in room. Sterile, corporate lobby. Cafeteria style restaurant. No continental breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is amazing. The room was lovely, spacious, quiet and in a great location close to the rim. A fabulous family destination - the weather was kind and the location beyond words.
Excellent 8.2
Cons: The booking agency, bookit.com
Okay 5.4
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Room wasn't ready until several hours AFTER listed check-in time because management had not staffed the cleaning crew properly. Management offered NOTHING to compensate. Food is awful and expensive ($15 for buffet that only featured powdered eggs) We wouldn't stay here again until new ownership/management.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: For a hotel "in the park," it was reasonably priced and very convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised at how nice it was inside the room. It was not just "state park" basic, but definitely a step up. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was easy.
Cons: If I had known how nice it would have been to be on the rim, I would have kept trying for a room in one of the hotels there and been willing to pay more for it too.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location,clean well appointed rooms.
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable and clean
Cons: I brought my dog and noticed that people don’t clean up after their dog so maybe reinforcing and having a sign mandating cleaning up after your dog .
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was very good. 15m drive from south rim. The room was clean. I did not have breakfast but there was free coffee at the lobby.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location. Nice hot tub.
Cons: No windows. A bit cold, and shower wasn’t hot enough on two occasions.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was very clean and convenient to the Grand Canyon.
Cons: The hot tub was not hot enough and the jets were weak.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location to the Grand Canyon.
Cons: Door had a huge gap under it that let in the cold. Office location is horrible for people stuck in the very last building. Restaurant was very slow, didn't have buffet that was bragged about at any meal we tried to eat.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: All good overall
Cons: breakfast is not included
Good 7.0
Pros: Location is great: just 10 min to the park's visitor center (not counting the ticket office)
Cons: The room's window faced a closed atrium with a swimming pool. There was no light in the windows, and we also could not open it because of the strong smell of chlorine. So that essentially we had a windowless room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Weather didn’t cooperate! Load noisy fan in the bathroom!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beds were comfortable, location excellent.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Close to the place we are going.
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: The interior balcony was quite nice to sit and relax.
Cons: The WiFi connection had no internet. The hot water was barely Luke warm which was pretty miserable on a cold morning. The coffee cups were cheap and wouldn't hold liquid.
