Cons (-) There was no microwave, the layout of the room was awkward, the AC wasn’t cooling the room at all and wasn’t on prior to arrival.

Pros (+) The quality of the spacious rooms and the place where the hotel is.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not well maintained (empty coffee boxes both mornings), staff did not pay much attention. Side road leading down to the hotel cfrom Pegram Street was not easy to find (no signalisation).
