Summary of reviews

Guests say

The majority of guests were extremely dissatisfied with their stay, citing major issues with cleanliness, service, and value for price. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, misleading advertisements, and unhelpful or rude staff. Some guests also noted safety concerns, noise, and a lack of amenities that were promised online. Only a few positive comments were made about the price, location, and occasional friendly staff, but these were far outweighed by the negative experiences reported.
