Location is good, 5 min walk from Tuzla center where you can find many restaurants. The apartment rooms are great for long stay (big rooms, kitchen, fridge). Swimming pool is handy for after work refreshment! Two bars, one of them at the pool. As I was informed a big restaurant is about to be opened inside the hotel which would be of an improvement. I would be glad to stay there for my next business trip.
No permanent staff was around the pool bar and sometimes around the lobby bar - we had to call for someone to serve. There was no restaurant at the hotel at the time we stayed. The bar menu was greatly overpriced for this area.

It was close to the airport (Sabina Goken)
The duty manager's attitude to customers that they are an inconvenience. Having made an error with filling the reservation - we have children and they put the two rooms in diffeernt blocks - there was no attempt at being placatory, more trying to pick holes in our reservation.

Pleasant helpful staff, fully equiped and well maintained and cleaned.
Lack of restaurant and poor quality take away food. I was only there for a very short time and don't know if there are other possibilities.

To make a sightseeing excursion, rent a car. Write home about it using the free WiFi internet access at Hotel Tuzla Park. If on business, use the meeting room space catering for up to 200 people. After business or pleasure, sample the tasty food at the café. Barbecue facilities are also available to be used in the garden. Viaport Marine Shopping Centre is just a 5-minute walk away.
