Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent beachfront location as a major advantage. Many reviews mention friendly and helpful staff, though some note inconsistent service, particularly at reception and in the restaurant. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the hotel clean while others report issues in rooms and common areas. The pool and water slides are popular, especially with families, but a few guests mention noise from nearby clubs. Breakfast and meals are generally appreciated, though variety and quality could be improved according to some reviews. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but could benefit from updates and more attention to cleanliness and service consistency.
