Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to shuttle bus stops and ski resorts, making it convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its quality and traditional Japanese style. While some guests appreciate the authentic atmosphere and affordable pricing, there are mixed reviews about cleanliness, amenities, and service, with several noting outdated facilities, issues with bathrooms, and minimal staff assistance. Overall, the hotel is seen as a solid, budget-friendly option with a strong location and decent breakfast, best suited for travelers prioritizing convenience and traditional experience over luxury.AI-generated from customer reviews
