“Nice hotel. Clean and decor is new.”
“The staff were amazing! Especially Lisa! Lisa was exceptional and very kind. As soon as I arrived she greeted me very nicely and served me some fresh juice, she also gave me a map with all the places to see in the city and where to go.i also checked in a lot earlier than planned so that wad nice too. She also helped me book and organise my trip to Ha Giang (a must visit) and even for the return I had an issue with the transport, i messaged her and she fixed it all very quickly even when she had finished working. Overall I had a great time and I felt at home here.”
