Breakfast caters vegan and allergy-suffering / intolerant customers. Nicely decorated rooms - although very small, even for European standards. Next to a tube station, and only 10mins walk from many attractions and shops. Easy access from the airport, which only costs €4.80 per person with only one change.
Terrible bed. Extremely soft, kept waking up all night with lower back pain due to no support whatsoever. Way too small room for a standard double. Tiny storage space, which is half occupied by the iron and the ironing board. Unpleasant restaurant setting, average food served at dinner.
Newly furnished and clean room, nice breakfast with a big choice of food including fish and nordic specialties. Sauna in the hotel was room. And also it was very good that my room was ready for me before the check-in time.
Literally nothing to complain about
Quite room, many free drinks in it. Cool view. Very good TV with Chromecast and amazing sound. Very close to center. Good breakfast.
I've ordered one big bedroom with a bathtub almost a month before check in, but at time of check in they told me that there is only a room with two single beds, and suggested to upgrade my room for 20€ per night to business class where I can have one big bed. I agreed, but then realized, that the room doesn't have a bathtub. :( Don't know who to blame but it was sad. So I paid more and didn't get what I booked... Good thing that anything else was fine.
Comfy bed, lovely staff, great location I really enjoyed my time here and I love a hotel with a bath tub its one of life’s little luxuries, restaurant does great food And was a great breakfast included too
My coffee/ milk wasn’t replenished by housekeeping so had to get at the bar a couple of nights. Was a small inconvenience but I paid a lot of money to stay here !
Breakfast was perfect. Especially the omelet made by order was delicious.
Personnel answered my questions twice "I dont know". They should find out rather than tell they dont know.
