Pros (+) There is not much I could say about the Simmons to be positive other then it's central location.
Cons (-) Where do you start? Unhelpful and disrespectfully staff. Dated room. Unsafe atmosphere including stairwell and walkway. No towels or even a water cup. Oh yes, let's not forget heat
