Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's outstanding service, with many highlighting the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, including helpful shuttle and front desk employees. The location, especially the ocean views and proximity to the sea, is another major highlight. Many reviewers appreciate the spacious rooms and traditional Japanese atmosphere. Cleanliness is generally good, though a few mention occasional issues. Breakfast and other meals, particularly traditional Japanese cuisine, are well received by most guests. However, some note that the building is old, lacks elevators, and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and many guests express a desire to return.
