Wonderful hotel! We stayed here prior to catching our morning flight. We had lots of luggage and the hotel staff helped my husband with the luggage rack. The distance to walk to the nearest skyline was closer than I expected and allowed us to enjoy Vancouver without the hefty price of staying in Vancouver. Pros (+) Choose due to location near the Vancouver airport. Shuttle service was timely and driver was helpful. Breakfast was more that expected. Front desk attendant was quite helpful in obtaining boarding passes for early morning departure. All in all, a very nice stay.

Cons (-) The air venting was not optimal in the room. Cleaning rooms; they didn't add the bathroom utilities (shampoo, soap) till we explicitly asked for even when the bathroom was running out of them.
