Location was perfect in relation to airport and cruise port. The pool was out of commission during our stay, but we were able to use the pool next door. Outstanding staff who were quick to provide tips on destinations. Very nice breakfast with changing entrees.

Pros (+) Close to the shops. The shuttle runs from 5am to 12am to and from the airport. Within 10-15 minutes to the airport. The suite is very roomy
Cons (-) There were some typical upgrades but this is not your typical Hampton Inn that we are accustomed to staying at. More renovations needed.

Pros (+) The front desk staff were above and beyond just providing courteous service! Personable and helpful without limitation!
Cons (-) Hotel is older and it shows on some of the physical attributes, paint, carpet and such. Totally clean though!!!
