However, many guests expressed serious concerns about safety, privacy, and cleanliness, especially for women traveling alone. Several reviews mentioned poor service, lack of staff responsiveness, and issues with instructions and check-in. The atmosphere was described as uncomfortable by some, with reports of aggressive or unwelcoming guests, and a lack of privacy in the sleeping arrangements. Cleanliness of the facilities, including bedding and bathrooms, was frequently criticized.
