The only drawback was the pool, which my grandkids did not like. It was pretty small. Otherwise, the rest of our experience was good, from check-in, promptly bringing extra pillows on request, the breakfasts, the Koi pond and the staff, who were especially helpful when needed.

Pros (+) Staff was super helpful, rooms were clean and efficient, continental breakfast included yummy pineapple daily.
Cons (-) If they had a magic construction-noise reduction powers around most of the block. Hardly the hotel’s fault! Japanese BBQ across from the hotel was fantastic too.

Pros (+) I booked the room through Kayak for $1000 ‘Total.’ When I arrived I was informed there was an additional $225 ‘resort free.’ When I protested the receptionist said I was threatening and she felt unsafe and that she would not check me in though I had already paid.
