Lobby staff very helpful security was rude and very unhelpful
The Parking garage staff was a pain the hotel would lock you out of their entrance which is the only way into the garage if you asked the attendant at the garage they would not let you in that way or help you or give directions on how to access your car
We had great views of Waikiki beach and the sunsets. Having a full kitchen is a huge plus and help save money. Everything about the hotel and the staff was great. Wonderful room service everyday. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Not really. Took a day to understand the streets though.
Location and price. Accomodations meet the needs. Was nice to have a kitchen to eat before trips and for snacks. The water pressure was fantastic.
Slightly dated. Who comes to Hawaii to sit in the room?
Condo had access to a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave and coffeemaker. Hotel has a small shop selling food (overpriced) on the 5th floor. Concierge desk was great, but be prepared to wait during peak hours. Room featured a balcony.
Hotel is dated and old, in desperate need of renovation. Disappointed for the money spent, room was overpriced. No restaurants to eat at this hotel, which was a huge drawback. Staff was rude on checkin, kept complaining we weren't "on the list".
Easy access to everything u need.staff ready to help when u need things. Very convenient
Really great hotel
location House keeping was great but front desk and concierge marginal.
Concierge was a liar, just trying to sell tour packages. Our view was of a shabby apartment house but that is not the hotel's fault.
Staff always pleasant and helpful our 2nd time staying there
Kitchen availability & laundry
Sometime elavator time was lengthily
Short walk to the beach
Room was pretty dated, towels felt like sanding paper, hallway smelled terribly from all the people cooking, we had to pay $19/ day resort fee which covered wi-fi and safe which are pretty standard 'amenities' and shouldn't cost extra.
