The Waikiki Beachside Hostel is located near the Honolulu Zoo, offering adults-only accommodations less than 10 minutes from Waikiki Beach. Waikiki Aquarium, Royal Hawaiian Center, and the International Market Place are also within a short walk. Guests can visit the Ala Moana Center, Magic Island, Royal-Moana Beach, and Kuhio Beach Park, as well.

The hostel offers a total of 45 guest rooms and shared dorms, including female-only dorms and semi-private rooms, as well as studio accommodations. This is a smoke-free property. There is a restaurant in the hostel and complimentary breakfast is provided for all guests. Free WiFi is also available throughout the building. The front desk offers 24-hour service. There is an open-air courtyard for guest enjoyment, as well.

There is a lobby lounge area with a TV and coffee and tea are served throughout the day. The hotel also offers luggage storage, daily housekeeping, concierge services, and tours and ticket assistance. There is an ATM available for guest use, along with self-serve laundry facilities. Ironing amenities and refrigerators are available by request for private guest room use.

Guest rooms include a private balcony or patio, in-room safe, and shower/tub combination units in the private and shared bathrooms. Guests can choose their room type and bathroom preference at the time of booking. Select dorms also include fully-equipped kitchen with a stove and other appliances. Honolulu International Airport is about 15 minutes from this hostel, which does not allow pets.

Pros (+) I love simple , the shower was huge . I really need down time and 1 or 2 in the morning arrival. Straight to a party in the room and to have the front desk address the party so I didn’t have too . Was perfect guest service
Cons (-) Nothing , society is starting to help each other this community effort is gaining momentum . It’s the smile it’s the high fives, it’s listening . We are all helping.

Pros (+) Location was great.
Cons (-) People doing adult things openly in rooms. A couple cockroaches but it’s typical for hawaii. Staff was friendly but were not much help when you asked for anything. Location was great though !
