There was an issue with date of reservation and showed one day prior with no show. Had to rebook again. And dobly charged.
Things felt a little gritty. Shuttle was a little slow—driver was on break when we landed.
Pros (+) In need of renovation. Corridor lights not working on two floors. Tired bedding and small beds. Poor decorative order.
Pros (+) The morning breakfast was good with a nice woman offering to cook fresh omelettes. The indoor pool and gym were nice. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Good shuttle service.

Cons (-) My refrigerator in the room did not work and they did not have an ice machine. The airport hotel really wasn't close to the airport. The airport shuttle did not run passed 11:30 pm.

Cons (-) Uncomfortable bed and the wifi only had a good signal in the lobby. I had a room on the 3rd floor and could not get any reception in my room which was very frustrating

Cons (-) The air conditioning would not turn on unless it was warmer than 18 C outside. This is some weird Dutch cheap money saving tactic that keeps guests warm or outright hot, and at the mercy of what it's doing outside. I paid for the room. Let me control the thermostat.
