Tea maker in room
Reception and bar ateas stank. Wifi inadequate to use in room - had to go to bar area to get signal. Hotel advertises a shuttle service. However the pickup at airport is "on request" . That doesn't work for me - coming from Canada - I did not have UK phone capabilities. Hollow offer.
free courtesy car breakfast at 6am
furniture too big for the size of the room
the staff they are very polite really excellent and special thanks to the young man who collected me from the airport i know he does many jobs at hotel and is good example of multi skilled member of staff . thanks again for a wonderfull stay i would certainly recomend you
Good service to and from Gatwick Airport
location to airport, cleanliness of rooms, very good food (breakfast), staff very helpful
we stayed 2 nights in the attic bedroom which can make moving around the room very difficult and both hit out heads on numerous occasions.
Rooms nicely presented. Facilities good. Good restaurant with varied menu and tasty cooking
Road noise. Duvet rather too warm
It is located in a charming town. Shuttle service to and from the airport is very good.
Not one staff person we dealt with spoke English as his/her native tongue. The room was small and the bathroom, tiny. There is no lift, just a very narrow and steep staircase. The price was outrageous for what we got but that's pretty much how we found everything in the UK.

Ease of pick up and drop off at hotel. Speed of service for breakfast. Proximity to local town with restaurants etc.
Friendly staff and quality of meals. Transfers to and from airport were excellent.
I stayed there only one night, but room was clean and cosy and breakfast was delicious
