I have stayed at the Arlington since I was a child and I have always loved it there. This stay did not disappoint. Great place!!
No. I love everything about the Arlington.
The location is perfect for a quick getaway. The history is interesting for sure.
If ghosts exist, they live here. Had some interesting things happen during our stay that I cannot explain. Rooms are very dated, could be cleaner and you cannot control the climate in your room. I was very tired from not sleeping!
Location and the fact I have been going there now for 40+ years
No air conditioning in room,no breakfast during the week, whoever bought the Arlington has allowed a treasure to fall apart and run it down to the point it is disgusting. Charged me a pet deposit for my service dog which is not cool and I will be getting
location
very dated, never updated. everything appeared dirty, dusty, room smelled very musty. carpeting thru out property was beyond worn. steps leading from the street into property were busted and dangerous. Joplin Inn motel was nicer.
Nothing they have no air so it¿s hot to where I passed out and staff said open window that opened up one inch and not to mention I had allergic reaction to mold had to be rushed to er bc of the large amounts of black mold in hotel DONT STAY
The manager said she would refund me 30 bucks from the --- spent on room I said not to bother I have contacted reports hot springs mayor department of historic monuments ect very rude ppl they don¿t tell u they have no air at times don¿t stay
Fascinating 96 year old hotel
Male check in clerk wasn't very friendly. Female desk clerks went above and beyond to make our stay great.
That they upgraded us no charge because the standard room was so small
We loved the staff and talking with everyone. It was in close proximity of the things we wanted to do.
Location downtown and historic value of the hotel
It’s so outdated & didn’t look, feel, or smell clean. We felt unsafe staying there with our littles & didn’t feel safe leaving our car parked in the parking garage we had to park in 2 blocks away. It’s really a shame bc itâ€
Spa
Could not control temp in room
Character, location, history, staff friendly
Rooms comfortable, butbin disrepair
Location, and history.
The room was in need of some repair.
