Check in was quick and easy. Part of a large group, our rooms were close together. We enjoyed using the lounge/lobby area to gather and visit. The 24 hour coffee was a nice touch.
Housekeeping. The walls in the room were dirty. I didn’t like the linens. We really didn’t have enough towels. Housekeeping did not make our bed.
People were nice
Very good location, excellent cleaning service, dayshift employees were wonderful polite and very professional, they met all of our needs except one and even fix the mistake that was made with our booking.
Their continental breakfast is normally very good but this time they ran out of almost everything so I had to go out and purchase stuff to keep in our mini fridge in our room because they didn’t have what they normally have for my children which is why I pay the extra to stay there. The night shift manager has absolutely no tolerance for children and told my four-year-old daughter “ to shut up”. He was not very helpful with any questions nor did he seem like he wanted bothered with anything when I ask for any type of help or assistance.
My room was perfectly located. It was convenient to the elevator and ice machine, but not too close to be noisy. It was clean and the bed was confortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I liked the large breakfast buffet and that there were many places to sit and talk with family. The bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively spacious. The location is amazing, with several options for food available, as well as Walmart. Also, we asked for an early check in and they accommodated immediately.
The pool was so chlorinated that I couldn't sit in there without my eyes burning. So I just avoided the pool. The night shift front desk workers were less than friendly. The hallways and breakfast area were uncomfortably warm.
