Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, often describing the rooms as spotless, fresh, and well-maintained. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly, accommodating, and helpful, making guests feel welcome and cared for. Many guests appreciated the convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and key destinations. Comfortable beds and updated rooms were also noted as positives. Some minor negatives included occasional noise from traffic, lack of breakfast, and small room size in a few cases, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
