Good location at beach side. Friendly image.

Bad condition room. Too narrow and shabby. No good service and breakfast. It is make light of japanese, for example different from my request. (narrow sppace and not balcony.

no air conditioning, limited parking had to park 2 km away, loud party across the street until 4 am and high volume of vehicle traffic during the day

Fair location (just a busy street to cross to access the beaches and harbour)

Staff was not at all welcoming - No help for luggage - Rooms, lobby, elevator and breakfast room very old-fashioned and cheap-looking - Hair-dryer broken - Restricted air-conditioning (we had to claim 3 times to have it working though the temperature of the room was very high)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Constant noise from traffic especially mopeds did spoil our sea view room but worse were the late night beach parties that could last until 4 am. This did spoil our stay. The level of the noise was intolerable and impossible to sleep through.
