Pros (+) Everything was just perfect. Hotel was beautifully designed in every corner, restaurant was fantastic, service exceptional, rooms and beds were comfortable, they extended checkout And were more than accommodating in a million ways.
Cons (-) Only thing I can say is that it was an exceptionally hot weekend (114 degrees) and the pool water was very warm. I’m not sure what they can do about that, but it was nearly a jacuzzi. Not refreshing. However, everything else was so perfect it’s hard to complain. In room amenities were fantastic, bed was comfortable but the sheets could be softer and more luxurious.
