Pros (+) One of the worst hotel stays ever. No wonder TripAdvisor rates them 22 of 23 hotels in Palm Desert. I can't imagine there could be one worse. I paid an extra amount to reserve two beds -- for physical reasons since it was two males traveling and one of them has a broken elbow that can't be touched. But they had no two-bed rooms and basically said sure we overpaid but tough
