Pros (+) I just needed a place to stay for a night. The room was clean. There was a mini-fridge and microwave. Flat screen TV. Free parking.

Pros (+) It was a place to stay for the night. The owner was kind enough to hold a room for us even though we were late and he didn't have to. They had a full house.
Cons (-) The roach that greater me when I walked in, the stained mattress. The fridge was leaking and being shooting all night long.
