Pros (+) The bathroom was updated and the shower tile was nice. TV, cable and internet all worked great.
Cons (-) Everything smelled like cigarette smoke and I had a hard time sleeping because of it. It is right next to a busy road so it can be loud. I had the AC fan on all night for white noise. Another renter was smoking pot at his room doorway but the smell travelled for everyone to smell. If my family was with me we wouldn't have stayed there. The mattress was not very comfortable.
