Pros: The room and hotel was very clean. I slept well and was thankful it was so quiet! Stunning views and wonderful meals at the hotel restaurant. Happy with the free breakfast and location was great. I'd recommend in a heartbeat. My last day there, my flight was canceled and Steven (an employee) actually was kind enough to bring me with him to Reykjavik so I could catch my flight.
Cons: I would have rented a car if I knew how isolated it was and I wish I would have looked up the hours of things because so many museums and places close as of Sept 15. Other than that, nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: January is a quiet time and easily booked a room on arrival and the lady at reception was so friendly. I'm not a breakfast person but the staff suggested I took some away for later which was perfect. Good options for breakfast with the usual of cereals, bread, cheese, tomato, boiled eggs. Room was clean and warm and I would stay here again. As it's a small town the hotel is in a good location and a petrol station is close by for those driving. Nice place made for a good stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and view overlooking the fjord was amazing. My flight on Friday was cancelled so I got here a day late and they waived off that day's fare. Wow, loved it. Þakka þér fyrir

Pros: Location is great - the very center of Isafjord. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

Pros: Our deluxe double corner room was wonderful: clean, comfortable, large, with large windows overlooking both Hafnarstræti and Austurvegur. Smack in the middle of pleasant town, but easy parking out back. Expansive common areas and an interesting elevator speak to a former purpose. Included breakfast at nearby Hotel Ísafjörður standard good. Splurge for dinner at Tjöruhúsið if you can, though nearby Húsið a good option too.
Cons: Check-in staff at nearby Hotel Ísafjörður less than warm.
