Pros: Very quiet village on the Route des Grands Alps. Easy access and depart on the main road. Large bathroom, nice view. The restaurant was exceptional. Breakfast was standard continental buffet, the baguettes and pain au levure (yeast bread) was superb. Garage down the street to park motorcycles.

Cons: A bit run down.
7.9 Good
Pros: Bread and croissants were very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location good for Piste access.
Cons: Bed was too small. Would have liked prepared fresh fruit salad for breakfast. There was an episode one night with a troublesome guest and we could hear all while in our bedroom. However we were assured that this was an isolated episode which was agreed by other guests. We think that the price for high season is a bit too expensive

Pros: Perfect location, perfect for families with small kids.
Cons: Same food every day, very basic
4.2 Okay
Cons: Charged twice for my stay, staff not helpful , had to go and wait at reception for no less than 6 times to rectify. I’m sure it happens to others and they get away with it!! check your credit card bills!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: it was super good for that price, Carolina the receptionist has gave us the most excellent service and quality ever, she rocks and the hotel is amazing, very very recommendable
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Ski room too small and having to take ski boots off to come inside to get lunch time drinks or food
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: My room was in the basement with a view of a mound of snow at my window(room 608). It takes a long time to get to it from reception. Perhaps the higher level rooms are better for access but I guess these aren’t for guests. The walls are so thin you could hear everything in rooms either side. The hotel likes to engage in a game of ‘find the plug sockets’, clearly hoping that you don’t succeed so they can save on their electricty bill. Finally the hotel is on so many levels there are just too many steps. Don’t expect the room to be cleaned every day as this is a three star hotel and not a requisite. Towels are for small people and when I say small, an 8 year old child.
7.5 Good
Pros: Closeness to the piste and rooms were clean
Cons: I didn't like that nearly all the food was the same for breakfast and lunch. Also after skiing there is no comfortable lounge to relax in and the service was not good.
