Very clean and well maintained staff are extremely nice Arden in the reception was very helpful and esra was exceptionally nice mastering Turkish Arabic and English was a great help not only to me but many guests all over with great positivity all the time

I felt excited when i woke up and opened the curtains. at that time , I was just standing by the strait of Bosporus which is unbelievable beautiful.

Not good value for money for food. Catering not for an international market . Restaurant service slow and not sincere Sheeshah smell very off putting Did not maximise the essence of Istanbul .. pizzas and chips etc .. what a shame
