Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's outstanding service, with staff described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially during breakfast and check-in experiences. The breakfast receives high marks for quality and variety, and many guests appreciate the spacious and clean rooms. However, several reviews mention the hotel's challenging location, citing steep hills, difficulty accessing taxis, and distance from the city center as drawbacks. Cleanliness is generally praised, though a few guests noted occasional issues. Overall, the positive service and amenities outweigh the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) There was a very helpful employee at the front desk named Emrah I think he was kind of blonde brunette. He helped with our check out as well as our room concerns. He literally solved any issues we had.
Cons (-) Everything was what I expected just the parking was difficult.
