Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its convenience to central areas, shopping, and markets. However, there were frequent complaints about the service, with several reviews mentioning unprofessional or unfriendly staff and issues during check-in and check-out. Breakfast was often described as lacking in quality or variety, and there were repeated concerns about cleanliness, especially regarding the floors and under beds. Bathroom design and maintenance also drew criticism, with reports of water leakage and poorly conceived layouts. Overall, while the location is a standout positive, service, breakfast, cleanliness, and bathroom issues detracted from guests' experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews
