The sea view was absolutely magnificent. The hotel is placed in the outskirts of Izola and therefore offers a great panoramic view of the port. The rooms was a little bit small, but very clean and cosy. We had out towels changed every day and we stayed in a small villa that fronted the sea. The restaurant menu was flavored and specific to Italy region.
Maybe a more variety of the breakfast dishes.

We enjoyed our holiday here very much! This was our third holiday here with our grandson and I'm sure it won't be our last!! The room was clean and the personnel very helpful and friendly.We particularly liked the swimming pool! A pleasant hotel with fantastic views.Our only criticism being that our stay was too short!!!

Only one thing, the location.
1) Shower handle broken. 2) TV remote control not functioning. 3) The outlet of the aircondition is at the hight of the bed causing wind to blow on your body and therefore impossible to sleep. 4) When a hotel is situated near a beach and extra cost is required for a balcony, it is normal to assume that that the room will face the sea. It was disappoiunting to get a room with a balcony facing the parking. It would have been more honest rrom the hotel to charge more for a sea view not just mentioning the balcony. We really felt cheated.

beautiful view from the room and the restaurant, the breakfast was good, I loved the way to the beach that is very nice and not so long walk, at the and of this walk, the nearby beach close to Izola is good
bed of down, more vegetable to the breakfast would be better, but this is often a problem everywhere in Mediterranean countries in Europa.

Swimming pool included. Nice location.
Belvedere: only for the restaurtant: none of the rooms did have any view at all. Too much noice during the night (hotel surrounded by camping).
