Pros (+) The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The front fest manager tried hard to assist with a minor issue. Great spot & close to sporting events & other sites in Jacksonville, FL.
Cons (-) The TV had a SAP that we were unable to turn off. I learned some Spanish however I prefer to understand my program.
