inflexibility of the booking policy; we booked a room for arrival same day. Shortly after we realised that we could not arrive in time. Despite the fact we booked the same day, and rooms were available all night, they charged us for the missed night. we requested a king size bed, however we received a minimal bed, with seperate bed-sheets. on booking.com it was stated that the pool was seasonal. It would have been better to mark "pool closed from september till april". More clear information
location, front desk staff (don't remember the lovely gal's name): she was so helpful, and the gift shop
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bedroom with new linen etc. was a pleasure. Breakfast was excellent as was the attention.
Parking is for free. You can take public bus in front of the door to Jaffa Gate (3 to 4 km). Rooms and breakfast are ok. You have no view out of your room but if you use the hotel only for sleeping, it is ok.
The breakfast was nice. It is located 30-40 minutes from the Old City by foot and only 5 minutes from the Central Bus Station.
The interior was rather old. The view from our room was not very exciting (parking lot).
The hotel cost US$ 130.00 per night. The price was right for this hotel. I would not want to pay any more.
Only an all you can eat buffet offered in the restaurant at too high a price.
It was a very well priced hotel for jerusalem. The rooms were of a fairly good size, very clean.
Its a little bit far walking distance to central jerusalem.
excellent buffet breakfast with a large variety of food both hot and cold. although in a city our rooms were nice and quiet as they were on the side of the builiding
Excellent location near Machane Yehuda market, easy walk or bus ride to Old City
The hotel is within walking distance of the Old City. The area however is in renovation with new metro lines being installed nearby. The traffic can be a mess, and does not correlate well with driving directions to the hotel found on the web. It is a fine place to stay.
