This place is the only bad experience we have had in Alaska.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.
The list is long. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Worst management I ever everencountered. They don't even have a card key entry at the front door and the night clerk locks the door and disappears leaving guest locked out. Fortunately the dumpy handicap studio room #1470 they gave me had a door leading to the intersection although I paid for a 1 bedroom queen suite. They tried to overcharge me over my quoted rate, worked on trying to check me in 45 minutes+. Assured me they would correct the price. Then a similar bunch more bs upon check out including they didn't have any more 1 bedroom queen suites so upgraded my room to the handicapped studio converted office. This room is like an office converted to makeshift room. Be very skeptical of positive reviews. Not sure what type of motels these positive posters are use to staying. The Four Points hotel I highly recommend.
