Pros (+) This previously privately owned hotel was born again as a Four Points Sheraton in April. It is tasteful, clean and modern. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about places to go and things to do in Juneau. I will absolutely stay there again, and recommended it to my agency.
Cons (-) The sound was going out on my TV, and, like many hotels in Alaska, I had no AC.

Pros (+) The location is right near downtown and if the weather is nice, is a short walk. The rooms are fairly up to date.
Cons (-) The bathrooms are extremely outdated which leaves them looking dirty (even if they might be clean). The Internet service is EXTREMEMLY slow. I was traveling for business and couldn't work in my room because the Internet went in and out so frequently. I had to use my hot spot on my phone to get anything done! I thought checkout was at 12 and due to feeling under the weather, planned on utilizing al...

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were as advertised. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I had seen a review starting that the hotel has bed bugs, but this was either false or a long time ago. I had no issues and would stay there again.
