10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is old a d historically cool, but not maintained. My door was extremely hard to open and close and during my stay the door handle actually broke. It took the mgmt about two hours to fix, fortunately my flight was later but if not who knows what would have happened. Bar is cool and the inside of the rooms are fine but this place is falling apart
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has a unique charm to it...old, in the heart of downtown and in the middle of the Juneau party!! The suites are the way to go, otherwise you share a bathroom and shower with others. Everything is nice enough, beds are decently comfy, no frills or excess, just enough to provide for a good place to crash after your adventure filled day. Good price in comparison to other hotels in the area.
Cons: We stayed during a rare sunny & warm week in Juneau and our room was HOT!! Nothing as far as ventilation or fans to circulate air. No screens to open windows without bugs coming in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We appreciated the friendliness, efficiency, and obvious caring that we experienced in all of our interactions with each member of the team.

Pros: I loved staying in a funky old house on the main drag with a bar at the bottom, but it's not for everyone!
Cons: No hand soap in the shared bathrooms, really?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was very central with easy access to take day trips and walk around the town , close to restaurants etc. The hotel will appeal to people who enjoy meeting locals and enjoy listening to local musicians.
Cons: It's an old building and the floors creak a bit. No lift, so had to carry the luggage upstairs.
7.0 Good
Pros: This is a Hotel that is over 100 years old and we stayed there due to it's historical significance. It is kept up well for a hotel this old but not something like a brand new hotel but that wasn't expected.
Cons: Better shower head.

5.0 Okay
Cons: The mattress was worn out. The shower didn’t drain so you would have 4-5 inches of water around your ankles. Then the last morning of my stay there was Zero hot water for a shower. The staff seemed to have dogs in the lobby. The tv wouldn’t
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view and warm welcome.
Cons: There should be an atm in the building, I wasn't able to leave the room and didn't have cash to leave a tip for room service. Also there should be a breakfast menu or times added to the menu so guests know when they can order.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: With all the cocos 19 shut downs the hotel and staff did an amazing, outstanding, over the top job! Hats off to everyone of them
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: There was one lady working the front counter who was very polite and respectful couldn’t of been happier with just her.
Cons: First off the fridge had moldy food in it from previous guests which stunk up the whole room. Then the last day we were there I called them at 10am to inform them a meeting I had was running late and I would t be able to make it back for 11am check out. I asked for an hour extension for check out. They told me they had 20 people checking out that day and it would be an inconvenience to the house maids. I don’t even think there was 10 people staying at the hotel at that time. Anyways so I said ok I will just pay for another night told them I was on my way and would arrive around noon to pay. I showed up at noon and one of the front desk ladies met me downstairs and immediately said “you need to leave or were calling the cops” I was shocked I asked why and for what reason and she couldn’t tell me. I said I’m here to pay another night and she said no they were not letting me stay another night and I was given 10min to pack up and leave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I won’t be staying there ever again.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet, clean & spacious. Super comfortable beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Was awesome
Cons: I liked it thank you

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a fully stocked little apartment. Very comfortable.
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: The list is long. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Worst management I ever everencountered. They don't even have a card key entry at the front door and the night clerk locks the door and disappears leaving guest locked out. Fortunately the dumpy handicap studio room #1470 they gave me had a door leading to the intersection although I paid for a 1 bedroom queen suite. They tried to overcharge me over my quoted rate, worked on trying to check me in 45 minutes+. Assured me they would correct the price. Then a similar bunch more bs upon check out including they didn't have any more 1 bedroom queen suites so upgraded my room to the handicapped studio converted office. This room is like an office converted to makeshift room. Be very skeptical of positive reviews. Not sure what type of motels these positive posters are use to staying. The Four Points hotel I highly recommend.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Felt like a home away from home! Having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the room made things very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with advice about the city, and assistance with travel planning. When I come back to Juneau I'd love to stay at the Juneau Hotel again!
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent location and friendly helpful staff who were tentative in helping with the wifi issue.
Cons: The wifi was not functioning at all partially due to cruise ships taking all of city's bandwidth. Also, breakfast could have been a bit better with non-sugary items and more protein.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfort clean and conveniently located to place of business.
Cons: Breakfast buffet could be better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, cleanliness and comfortable
Cons: Need coat hooks by entry into room.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the front desk staff --- they were very, very helpful and worked hard to get us the room we had requested. They did outstanding. Our cleaning ladies were outstanding ---- they just work so hard and took such good care of our room. Very happy all the way around !
Cons: No complaints
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They picked us up from the airport and have a free shuttle to the ferry, this was our main reason for selecting this hotel, we'll be back.

5.1 Okay
Pros: The location is right near downtown and if the weather is nice, is a short walk. The rooms are fairly up to date.
Cons: The bathrooms are extremely outdated which leaves them looking dirty (even if they might be clean). The Internet service is EXTREMEMLY slow. I was traveling for business and couldn't work in my room because the Internet went in and out so frequently. I had to use my hot spot on my phone to get anything done! I thought checkout was at 12 and due to feeling under the weather, planned on utilizing all my time until then. In every other hotel I have been in, this is not an issue. I called an got a late checkout but even so was called twice to ask to get out of my room. The girl working at the desk was EXTREMEMLY rude. House keeping never once asked if I could leave.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Staff. The remolding from the old hotel is exceptional, I love the new lobby. McGivney's Restaurant downstairs is always awesome to eat at.
Cons: Price, in my opinion, is a little bit high for the offseason here in Juneau, but it is Alaska so what'cha gonna do?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This previously privately owned hotel was born again as a Four Points Sheraton in April. It is tasteful, clean and modern. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about places to go and things to do in Juneau. I will absolutely stay there again, and recommended it to my agency.
Cons: The sound was going out on my TV, and, like many hotels in Alaska, I had no AC.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean, friendly
Cons: N/A
6.3 Good
Pros: Over all I guess my wife and I were happy with our stay although not having any air conditioning in the room did make for unpleasant sleeping at night. They did provide two fans in our room that was our saving without them it would have been totally unexceptable. The time that we were there was thankfully only two nights August 5th and 6th 2019. The weather was unusually warm the highs were in the mid 80"s and the lows were in the mid 60"s but we were on the fifth floor and heat rises. The location is perfect we were very close to all the attractions Juneau has to offer in town.

Cons: Renovations and construction
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Had a question for the front desk one night called down and the phone was never answered
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bedding and quality atmosphere made our stay perfect.

Pros: This was my first stay here...I am blown away! I was in Room 132 which is a one-of-a-kind room and I couldn't have asked for a nicer room.! The staff was so very nice, I was in a hurry so I had to get breakfast on the run and they gave me a small box to take with me. Loved it, loved it, loved it! I'll be back!!!!
Cons: The room (132) was huge, very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very comfortable and stylishly furnished. Four-post bed, modern bathroom with all the safety features, kitchenette. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we told them that we had an early morning flight out of Juneau, the night receptionist took our breakfast order and an excellent hot breakfast was ready for us 15-20 min before the regular opening time of their restaurant. This left us plenty of time for the ride to the airport that is only a few minutes away. Overall, we had a much better experience here than at other hotels in downtown Juneau. We loved it and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Juneau!

Pros: The location of the hotel is ideal when flying in and out of the Juneau airport. My wife and I like taking the early flights, so being within walking distance with the airport is perfect.
Cons: This hotel along with others provide the one cup coffee maker. I prefer the drip coffee makers that make a full pot. But it is probably for safety concerns that hotels no longer provide this amenity.

Pros: The hotel front desk staff (i think her name was Janine) was very helpful in working out an issue with my reservation.
Cons: The carpet in the hotel and the rooms was filthy .

Pros: Such an amazing place! The kitchen is so nice. The friendly staff create a comfortable environment. Love the rooftop hot tub
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I discovered the SilverBow two years ago and couldn't wait to return to Juneau to stay there. It was the perfect blend of quirky, stylish and comfort. Every detail has been considered. Wonderful hospitality. The location can't be better.
Cons: The only issue was that my room faced the street, so at 2am after the bars closed things got noisy.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Locally owned, very personable staff, and perfect location for walking around Juneau downtown. Due to severe weather, our flight to Juneau was diverted to Anchorage. When we finally landed, I called the Silverbow. The answering service put me in touch with one of the owners! A very sleepy gentleman was cordial and provided directions on how to access our room when we were due to arrive in Juneau at 4:00am (6 hrs later than expected). They offered a late check-out due to our crazy travel and very late/early arrival. Breakfast was wonderful as usual. We enjoyed brie cheese, waffles, homemade bread, a variety of jams, honey, butter, fruit, excellent coffee, and a variety of unique teas. We will always choose Silverbow when traveling to Juneau.
Cons: The pillows on the bed had faces on them, a bit gregarious to us, but just a matter of taste. Minor detail. Large room with comfy beds and adequate showers. Nothing more to complain about, really.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice atmosphere. The hot tub on the roof is amazing!

Pros: The owner was very personable and sat with us at breakfast. She took care of taxi service, and packed us a to go bag for breakfast to catch an early flight. I would go back. Jacuzzi in room. The place was clean with a great view of downtown Juneau.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent for scouting around town on foot. Breakfast each morning was a treat. Food delicious and varied.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in The Lila's Room for six nights. It is spacious, comfortable and bright, with bump-out windows providing views across the channel. Lots of room with a relaxing sitting area, comfy couch, and sitting chairs, making it a great place to hang and relax while you ponder your next outing. A king sized bed makes it easy to sleep in, but you won't want to miss breakfast! Each breakfast was a treat. A variety of fruits, home-made breads and pastries, home-made granola. Each day there would be a different freshly cooked hot item and meat. Eggs benedict, smoked salmon cream cheese on an English muffin, French toast, pancakes, fresh quiche, home-made applesauce, grilled pork tenderloin, sausage, bacon -- most anything you would hope for. All cooked to perfection and served with a smile and a warm welcome. Linda and Mark were the warmest hosts that you could ask for. Always ready to offer up a freshly baked cookie, muffin, glass of wine, or advice on things to enjoy around Juneau. If you have an early outing that would make you miss the scheduled breakfast Linda will make sure you don't go hungry and pack a great breakfast to take on your trip.
Cons: I really can't think of anything that would have made our stay better.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Linda is a primo host....solicitous, but not overly...just right
Cons: Literally almost nothing...smaller glass cups would be nice for the room rather than the large plastic ones provided...a bit clunky for bedside...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: People and dogs were warm and welcoming! Breakfast was very good, the room clean and bigger than I expected. Great location. Thumbs up for the always full jar of cookie!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great property in a good location only 10 mins walk or so from the shops, cafes, bars and cruise boat dock. Lovely homely feel with friendly, helpful and considerate hosts - terrific breakfast and fresh baked snacks etc. Linda couldn't be nicer and really looks after her guests.
Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: Great location & exceptional service. Owners go out of their way to see that your stay exceeds expectations in every way. Highly recommend this place.
