Pros (+) The staff is outstanding, this was our third year in a row staying at Humura and even though a year past since seeing us, they knew us and called us by name. The new General Manager, Fernando, is very personable and will do anything you need to ensure you are satisfied. Cons (-) The only nit is that you have to turn on the water to run for a little bit before it gets warm enough to shower. I could think of many worse things that could happen in Uganda then having to wait for warm water.
