Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. However, many expressed disappointment with the frequent closure of the pool, cleanliness issues in some rooms and public areas, and recurring problems with the elevator. While some enjoyed the breakfast and found the value acceptable, others noted maintenance issues, unpleasant odors, and inconsistent service. Overall, the location and helpful staff were the most appreciated aspects, but operational shortcomings affected the experience for several guests.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) I was unaware that all bedding was feathers. Front desk was excellent and found me a blanket but I had to go buy a pillow from Walmart
Cons (-) I feel the company should have had hypo allergenic bedding available at all times
